Our refinish systems are produced by various world class manufacturers, primarily in Europe, with some products being produced in US, China, Jordan, Egypt etc. It has fully supported colour matching in both low VOC and standard basecoat systems, along with a full line of ancillaries.
Generally, the staff in car paint shops will spray two coats of primer and two or three coats of paint. Depending upon the damage, the requirements and the look of the car, two or three coats of paint is sufficient.
If you paint over an existing finish, it’s perfectly acceptable for some applications, you never really know what’s hidden beneath the surface. This can be achieved by washing the vehicle and then using high-quality wax and grease remover and then repainting the car.
Some car tinkering and painting professionals recommend twice a year – once in the spring before the hot weather arrives, and once in the winter season to protect against the paint. Others suggest waxing your car every three to four months will add on to the lifespan of the paint.
Inspect the door jam to be overspray or even a different color. If you find different color, the body is repainted. Look closely at the gas tank and other areas on the undercard for telltale signs of overspray.
